My name is Harry Eric and I started this project as a way to help people with their careers, finances and mental health.

My approach focuses on listening and providing you with resources that are best for you.

The name comes from the the American Redstart, a type of bird. The redstart signifies to me new beginnings and a chance to let go of guilt and shame.

I am a musician, artist, and infectious disease doctor. I have worked previously in arts festival management, as a college admissions counselor, non-profit management, educational tutoring, and health policy. You can see my art and designs at @grousehillstudios on instagram. I live in North Abington Township, PA with my wife Emily and our many pets.
